At ModeHouse Paris, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. Below you will find our return policy, clearly explained to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
1. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Returns can only be registered after you have physically received the item.

All return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on the item is allowed, but wearing the item is strictly prohibited.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
These conditions help us ensure product integrity and maintain a fair, premium shopping experience.
2. Return Process
Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

Register your return via info@mode-house.nl within 14 days of receiving your item.

Our team will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs fees or international shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method for secure and verifiable delivery.
Returns without tracking information are at the customer’s own risk.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at our supplier's address and inspected for its condition:

The refund of the purchase amount will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during checkout.

If the item does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be partially or fully declined.
4. Liability

ModeHouse Paris is not responsible for lost return packages if the tracking indicates delivery to the address provided by the customer.

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, this is entirely the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
