3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to verify which payment methods are available in their area.

  • In case of suspected fraud or incorrect customer information, ModeHouse Paris reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order.

4. Processing & Shipping

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on the customer’s location)

  • All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

Once the package has been shipped, delays caused by external factors—such as customs, local couriers, or force majeure—are outside our control.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Please refer to our dedicated Return Policy for all conditions and instructions regarding returns and cancellations. All customers are expected to review this information before requesting a return.

6. Liability

ModeHouse Paris is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage during shipment if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered during checkout.

  • Additional delivery delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or local postal services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal and address details are entered correctly at the time of order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the ModeHouse Paris website—including text, logos, product images, designs, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of ModeHouse Paris.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Complaints Procedure

All complaints must be submitted in writing via info@mode-house.nl.
We aim to respond within 5 business days, offering a clear and professional resolution whenever possible.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes arising from the use of our website or purchases made through ModeHouse Paris shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
